In 2026, Coaches for Character is celebrating 20 years of impacting youth through education and character development. We are marking this milestone with our 20 Year Anniversary Celebration.
A cap and a pair of socks. Small items, but to the kids at the City of Charleston's Shaw Community Center, they meant so much more. Thanks to the generosity of a longtime Coaches for Character vendor partner, we were able to hand out donated caps and socks to kids who lit up with excitement and gratitude. It's a great reminder that even the smallest gifts can make a big impact, and none of it happens without supporters like you

ANOTHER SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY FOR STUDENTS!
Charlotte Hornets v. Atlanta Hawks
Spectrum Center
Charlotte, North Carolina
Friday, October 23rd
7:00 pm
Once again, Coaches for Character has been donated a block of complimentary NBA tickets for the Charlotte Hornets vs. the Atlanta Hawks, 7 PM on Friday, October 23rd, at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte. I would prefer these tickets go to CCSD youth, especially those who wouldn't have the opportunity to attend otherwise.
Please keep these points in mind:
1) Ticket requests should be for a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 50.
2) Chaperones are responsible for organizing the trip and accompanying the students.
3) Chaperones are responsible for arranging transportation.
4) Please do not make a ticket request unless you are 100% certain that you can honor the request. This is very important. If we have empty seats at the game, future ticket donations would be unlikely.

Save the date for the First Annual Coaches for Character CHAMP Reunion on December 4, 2026. It will be held at Patriots Hall at the Omar Shrine Center!
Over the past five years, we’ve had the privilege of recognizing an incredible group of young people as CHAMPS. Now, we’re bringing everyone back together to reconnect, celebrate how far they’ve come, and create new connections with CHAMPS from other years and schools.
Each CHAMP will be invited to bring two guests to join us for an evening of indoor fun, games, and celebration with the friends and family who supported them.
We’re excited to begin a new tradition that keeps our CHAMP community connected for years to come.
